Attendance to the Conference is subject to the registration of participants and the payment of the conference fee.
Please check which fee applies according to the specifications in Table 1. Then fill the registration form properly and proceed with the payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following cancellation and refund contitions apply:

	Cancellation request made

Refund	50% of the registration fee paid	No refund will be issued

 

• Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent via email to the Conference Organising Committee.

• No refunds will be given that concerns expensed beyond the registration fee paid for attending the conference, such as prepaid travel and accomodation, etc.
